Slingbox Requirements:
- A Slingbox SOLO, Slingbox PRO, or Slingbox PRO-HD
- To watch TV away from home, your Slingbox needs to have Internet viewing set up
- SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone & iPod touch works best if your Slingbox software is up to date. To make sure, download and install the latest version of the desktop SlingPlayer on your home computer and connect to your Slingbox. If an update is available, you will be prompted to install it.
- The Slingbox AV, Slingbox TUNER, and Slingbox Classic are not fully supported for use with SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone & iPod touch. A Slingbox SOLO, Slingbox PRO, or Slingbox PRO-HD is highly recommended.

- A PC or Mac on your home network with SlingPlayer installed is required to setup Internet viewing on your Slingbox
- A high-speed (broadband) Internet connection of at least 256Kb upstream speed at home

Device Requirements:
- SlingPlayer Mobile supports iPhone over 3G and iPod touch over Wi-Fi
- SlingPlayer Mobile supports both iPhone & iPod touch
- Requires the 2.2.1 software update
- 5 MB free memory is required on the iPhone or iPod touch to install the SlingPlayer Mobile
- Network download speed of 120Kbps (or higher)
